Our Return & Exchange Promise
At Sexy Halloween Costumes Sales, we stand behind our quality and want you to feel confident and stunning in your costume. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order.
Return & Exchange Conditions
- Timeframe: 15 days from delivery date
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached
- Proof of Purchase: Original order number required
- Return Shipping: Customer responsible for return shipping costs

Non-Returnable Items
To ensure hygiene and quality standards, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Hosiery – For hygiene reasons, all hosiery items are final sale
- Lingerie – Intimate apparel cannot be returned for hygiene protection
- Accessories – Small accessories and jewelry are final sale
- DIY Costumes – Custom or DIY costume components cannot be returned
- Sale Items – All clearance or final sale items
Refund Information
- Refund Processing Time:
- Credit Card Payments: 5-7 business days after we receive and process your return
- PayPal Payments: 3-5 business days to your PayPal account
- Original Payment Method: All refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the shipping cost to send your new item!
